Heres my listing for a pair of MOTHER Denim Insider Striped Crop Step Hem Fray White Jeans 24 Whipping Racer. As you can see these jeans are preowned in good fair condition. They are 98% Cotton, 2% Elastane blend made in USA.They are not bright white more of a slight off white with cool black stripes down the sides. These have a step frayed hem. I show this in a closeup pic. The waistband can stretch about an inch more than the measured pic. Please go by the measurements.
