For gears not available, there are 2 ways to solve the problem.

1), Customer buys bigger gear and make smaller gear by himself. For example, use 88T gear to make 42T or 60T gear through gear shaping machine or Slow wire cutting machine；

2）We make fiber gear here in China for instead. We have factory which can make fiber gears according to sample steel gear's dimension. MOQ is 3 PCS for each model. Delivery is about 10 working days.

We have been selling JFMT lathes and lathe parts more than 25 years. Mainly to USA and Canada. The MK series lathes' design are from Japan MAZAK. We have been exporting J1-460, J1-530 lathes to Australia many year. After the lathe stopped production, the parts supply is still available.

Because the manufacturer has stopped production of this series conventional lathe since 5 years ago. Lathe user is hard to get spare parts from factory's machine dealers. The dealers in USA used to be the following:

For Australian customers JFMT mainly sold J1 series lathes.

For J1-530 and J1-460 lathes, the only difference with J1MK530 and J1Mk460 lathe is that they have fast travelling Apron. Other about 90% parts are same.

The machine dealer in Australia used to be AUSINO and Big Country company. If customer needs parts and can't get from them, can contact us directly.

We have parts list. Customer just tells us parts number then we will see if it still available.
