• The TMTH33C is a three series, three section carbon fiber tripod.
• With an innovative interchangeable bowl design, Benro Mammoth tripods easily adapt to your support preferences whether you’re shooting photo or video.
• All Mammoth tripods feature a quick leveling 75mm bowl with 3/8"-16 thread, allowing easy mounting of any of Benro’s flat base tripod heads for your shoot.
• The bowl is also interchangeable with accessories such as the MAC3 center column accessory, and MAP75 flat base adapter.
• The three-stop adjustable leg locks can be independently locked, providing lower shooting angles and maximum stability. The rubber feet can be unthreaded and replaced with the included spiked feet for even more stability outdoors.

Return Conditions:
Buyer can request and initial a return directly from. Returned merchandise must be in original condition and  include all factory packed accessories and paperwork (e.g. battery, charger,  cords, straps, unmarked warranty card, manuals, etc.), in the original  manufacturer box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number intact.
Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit,  reflecting any missing peripherals.
The product serial number must match the serial number in  our database. We maintains serial number tracking.
Return merchandise must be double-boxed with no writing  on the manufacturer's box. Your Return Authorization number should be  prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping box

Returned merchandise that is lost or damaged during  transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important to save the  tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to us.

Refunds:        

Once the return is delivered and inspected, we will  credit your account. Please allow few days for Ebay to credit your account.
   
 Defective items:  

An item that was found to be defective upon receipt, buyer can return the item for a replacement or a refund.

Damaged or Missing items: Claims for items damaged in transit or missing items must  be received within two business days of receipt of the shipment.

The replacement will  ship within four business days following the receipt of your return. Please  allow for additional processing time after holidays.
