Warranty


·         Defective or DOA items customers must contact manufacture for replacement or exchange.

·        Buyer has 30 days to return item. (For unopened items only.)

·        Item must be shipped out within a week of receiving the RMA#

·        Buyer pays for return shipping

·         Returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped out.

·         Bulk shipped items will be inspected and checked. (We will not accept items that are not ours!!)

·         All items must have an RMA#.  If this number is not visible on the returned package, it will be refused.

·         Returns on unopened items will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping. (or actual cost of shipping if free shipping was offered for the item). This includes Return to Sender packages by postal carriers.
