The Model Frame looks to be from 1939 from the straight bottom tube but the Serial and tall head tube says 1941 this is an odd one, frame has Prewar Dropouts with ears, straight bottom tube used till 1939?, has a tall prewar headtube a 1941 thing. Serial is on the Bottom Bracket and H716xx 1941 ish. Cool Cruiser Frame. It is Used, Steel, has a Cool Patina, decaying Red and Rust, The rear stay is dented and has cracks, fender bridges are decent, shows wear, has nicks & scratches, has paint & decal loss, rust, and may have dents. The Rear Stay has dents & Cracks, Check Photos, You Could repair it or use as is without extreme use and abuse, These Old Steel Schwinn Frames are pretty solid and strong. Adult size Frame, aka 18" Schwinn frame and is for 26"x 2.125 Balloon Tires Dropcenter Wheels & S-2 wheels, wheels Not Included.
