This beautiful shiny red metal planter was used for a floral arrangement.  It was made in China.  It measures 10 3/4" x 4 3/4" at the top, and 9 3/8" x 4 1/4" at the bottom.  The inside measures 9 1/4" x 4".  With the handles, it measures 13 7/8" across the top.  It has 4 knobs on the bottom as legs, and has one handle on each of the elongated sides.
