We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.

• Return shipping costs will be the customer's expense.
• All returned items are the customer's responsibility until they reach the Sports Research warehouse. Be sure your return is packed properly and will not get damaged during transit.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Return drop-offs (at Sports Research Headquarters and/or Warehouse) will not be accepted.
• If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages.

• Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered to our warehouse.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in the amount equaling the item?s original purchase price minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, we will deduct $7.50 from your total refund. Your refund will be processed via your original payment method.
• Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has been received in our warehouse, the return will be processed, and an email notification will be sent to you upon completion.
