A. Warranty


1. Used Equipment

We provide 30 days ROR (Right of Refusal) and 1month warranty for good working units. This warranty covers a repair cost including two-way shipping cost only for equipment's malfunction. After examining and testing a returned product, Nubicom concludes that the product is not defective, or any fault caused by human error, the product will be returned at the buyer's cost and the buyer is charged a nominal examination and testing fee or the standard repair fee, whichever is less.

B. Payment

When customers purchase any equipment from Nubicom, customer has to pay 100% in advance.


C. International Shipping

We are supporting any global forwarders such as FedEX, DHL and UPS. Nubicom can help to ship the equipment at buyer's shipping preference. Otherwise, we can offer the estimated international shipping cost to your destination upon request.
