The device comes with 4 on line paper trays for A4, A3, and 2 more for whatever paper stock you require, cut sheets plus a bypass for all other paper stock, like sticky labels, transparencies letter head etc.
Our rental is very simple "Easy in Easy out" so you are not tied to the equipment or us for anything longer than 3 months, thereafter monthly until you no longer require or need it.
3 months notice is all we require to end - terminate the agreement at anytime after the 1st 3 months.
We supply the device along with optional networking, the only exclusion is your end IT.
We can even tailor an agreement to include your paper, let us know if you would like a quote.
All we require is 3 months rental as a refundable deposit and future payments via Direct debit.
The cost per month starts from as low as £40 per month, which will include 500 copies every month.
OR buy outright @ just £450 with 6 months warranty.
Dependent on your usage if 500 is not enough we can tailor one for your specific needs, call us for a more detailed quote.
As this agreement is administered by ourselves and no 3rd parties involved at all, this means you are in total control of what happens going forward.
