The quicker quick release.

Once installed and adjusted, there is no need to unscrew the nut to get the wheel past the lawyers lips on your fork. You know those CSPC mandated safety ridges meant to keep your wheel from falling out if a normal quick release comes loose while riding. 

Like normal you undo the quick release lever, then you depress the spring loaded collar to remove the wheel.  No unscrewing of the qr nut.  No need to readjust the qr every time you reinstall your front wheel.

Good for faster wheel changes or frequent wheel changes.  Daily commuters will appreciate not having to readjust the front skewer every time you take your bike out of your.

To install the first time you will need a small adjustable wrench to hold the nut in place while setting the width. There is locktite on the threads so it's pretty hard to turn it by hand.  The locktite will hold the adjustment you make.  There are small flats on the nut.
