Small metal plate from the 3rd Annual Street Rod, High Performance and Collector’s Car Show August 5th 1990 in Winsted Connecticut. The photos show discoloration due to the plastic it was never opened from. Measures roughly 3” x 2”. Nice little collectible oddity for anyone who collects automotive related or local items.
