Good looking foot rest. Good to repurpose or remake your own shoe shine box. I’m not sure if it’s been repainted at one point in its long life. It’s in used condition. It has wear and scuffs. But still a pretty attractive piece. Please see photos for condition. Thanks and have a wonderful day
