This is a vintage doll bonnet. It has a pointed top or crown which looks like an elf. So I’m not sure what type of doll or character it went with. It’s yellow with netting on the whole thing and a netting ruffle around face. Some dinginess to the ruffle- may need a light soaking. 5” from front corner to point at crown. 5.5” around neck. Smoke free home.
