This WattBox® Power Conditioner with Safe Voltage and Dual Coax and Dual Ethernet provides 12 outlets on the back of the rack - where you need them most. If you’re mounting it to the back of a cabinet or on the wall, it comes with all the necessary hardware for that, too. Connected equipment is safe and sound thanks to best-in-class surge protection of power, coax, telephone, and Ethernet, plus noise filtration for improved audio and video performance. This unit also includes Safe Voltage protection, a feature that disconnects connected equipment when there is sustained over/under voltage. But our engineers couldn’t just stop there - this is custom AV install! So, instead of using inexpensive plastic, they built it like a tank with an 18-gauge steel chassis.
The WB-400-VCE features two independently isolated filter banks to eliminate cross contamination of noise between components. We recommend using one bank for digital source components such as BluRay players and cable/satellite boxes, and the other bank for high-current devices such as A/V receivers and amplifiers.
