🪡VINTAGE Duchess Hard Wood 6" Felt Lined Embroidery Hoop *OLD* Tape To Tighten

Has a piece of OLD masking tape on inner hoop. My grandma said that people used to do this to “tighten” the fit of the hoops. I did not remove the tape, but nothing feels loose. Felt is in good condition.
