This is a descrition  of  a full swing upcycled flowing cotton  skirt.
 I have upcycled this skirt by 1st dip dyeing the fsbric to create the ombre effect, made a new elasticated waist band, then sewed on braiding that  goes around the full circumfance of the skirt
Placing the area of the skirt that was to be decorated on to an embroidery ring, I stitched and dyed a guipre lace motiff  on to the skirt, then hand sewed the ribbon rosies, dyed the lttle rosettes, and sewed mother of pearl buttons in the center of them. For a final detailed touch, I embroidered tiny french knots I used barley twist cord to give the effect of tendrils or swags.

The skirt has a beautiful swing as you move. I have  decorated  this skirt to last.
Waist  24 ins - 32ins  60.96cm-  60.96cm   will go with a stretch to 34 ins
Waist to hem 30 ins 76.2 cm
