Hello!  Here is an original, vintage, 1962 Water Ski US National championship patch, occurring in Pine Mountain, Georgia.  The patch is in great condition- see pics.  It was removed from a jacket that was stored in a cool, dry, smoke free place.   It will be sent First Class.  Thanks for looking!
