Shipping & Delivery

Delivery We have several delivery options available

  • Courier: Accessories are securely packaged and delivered via courier throughout Australia. Most accessories arrive in a single, compact box. We carefully pack each item to minimise any potential shipping damage.

  • Express Post: Accessories are often delivered by Australia Post utilising the express post network.  On occasion an item may be too big for express post and in this case it will probably ship by courier.

  • Pickup: Drop down to our office in Varsity Lakes and collect your order saving you the delivery charges. If you live on the GC or Brisbane the Varsity Lakes train station is about 800 meters away. Catch the train, collect your order and take it home on the train.

Important shipping statement: Trike Bike parts and accessories are securely wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent shipping damage, it is unlikely, but possible that there may be some slight damage or scratches to the parts when they arrive especially to remote locations in outback areas.

Whilst we do our absolute best to avoid any damage it sometimes does occur.

Please be aware of this fact when ordering your Trike Bike. We will do our absolute best to help you should any damage occur but we are not responsible for shipping damage.

If you don't agree to these conditions then please don't order.

Shipping charges:  eBay have a very complicated shipping structure that sometimes doesn't process correctly. On all occasions we will do our best to make sure the shipping prices are accurate to your location but on some occasions eBay shipping gets it wrong. Returns

Kindly take note of our return policy, which strictly applies to items with unopened original packaging, like those received as unwanted gifts, and must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • We do not refund the shipping cost of your initial order.
  • You are responsible for covering the return shipping charges, which will be coordinated through our chosen courier service.
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be applicable to all returned items.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns under any circumstances if the original shipping boxes have been opened, or if the product has been used or partially assembled.
