expertly balanced to provide a highly manoeuvrable and accurate cutting
experience. This is a full tang knife with the top edge being almost 1/3 thick
solid stainless steel to prevent fracturing. The blade has been hammered so
that it is slightly thinner at the front (vs the rear of the blade) making
heavy-duty tasks easier by increasing leverage. The handle has been hand-
shaped from natural Italian olive wood making each knife unique. The shape of
the handle is multi-dimensional with a natural grip between the first and
second fingers for easier control and fit.Stainless-steel handle caps, stamped
with the famous Route83 Knives bull, add stability, strength and act as a
