MOTU Hordak Masters of the Universe MOC carded sealed figure He-Man New NOS.  My Father purchased an extra for me of some of my childhood toys when our dog began eating some of them.  Not all the extras were needed so Hordak survived in storage in the garage for the past 30+ years.  Card has some wear and warping from storage.  Bubble is intact, though they didn't always use enough glue on it so some of the connections are weaker than others.  Bubble may have some mild yellowing but ultimately it's in great shape for its age.
