This product is made of spun polyester, using thousands of filaments of polyester, plying two long strings together to make a durable thread. Tex 40 thread is suitable for many types of projects, but is ideal for medium weight projects such as pants, structured dresses, or light jackets. Although this thread is industrial grade, it can be easily used with a regular machine at home. In a silver gray, this neutral thread is perfect for any colored project. The ideal needle size for T-40 thread is 12-16.
