WOW!!!! This dress has 80's vibes. It is strapless but has metal in the bust area to keep shape ruffles around collar and shoulder(strapless). Back zipper and skirt is lined with a stiff slip to help it flare out, sash can be in front or in the back. Pretty in Pink!!!
