38 RINGS: WEAR A PIECE OF HISTORY!

This coin ring is made from a 1953 UK 5 Shilling Queen Elizabeth  Coronation coin that was minted in 1953
This ring weights a whopping 1 troy ounce and is at about 16mm wide! This is one of the biggest rings that I make! Pick up this unique ring today!

Please select what size and finish you want in the personalization entry. There are 3 finishes: antique, heavy antique, and no finish. This default finish for this ring is antique, which is shown in the listing photos.

This ring comes in sizes 7-14.  The picture in the listing shows a common example of what the ring will look like. The exact look and year may be different. The amount of detail on the inside of the ring can vary. Rings below size 9 will look much taller and narrower than the listing photo, so please check that this ring will fit on your finger. Rings take up to 3 days to make after being purchased.

Each ring may have one 6mm octopus and anchor metal stamp and one 6mm stamp to indicate the Chinese Zodiac year (2025-snake, 2026-horse, etc.) on the inside of the ring. These stamps are not easy to see and are not visible on the outside of the ring. I do this to "brand" my rings so that I can identify which ones I've made. This is a very common practice in the jewelry industry.

More info about the coin:

"Made to commemorate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, this five-shilling piece features an obverse design by the sculptor and engraver Gilbert Ledward RA. It features a portrait of Her Majesty mounted on her horse Winston, with The Queen dressed in her uniform as Colonel in Chief of the Grenadier Guards.

The reverse design features the four quarters of the Royal Arms, each depicted within a shield. In between each shield is one of the four emblems of the home nations – a rose, a thistle, a shamrock and a leek – ¬and in the centre of the design is a crown. Inscribed around the edge of the coin are the words ‘FAITH AND TRUTH I WILL BEAR UNTO YOU’, which were included in the pledge of allegiance made by His Royal Highness Prince Philip The Duke of Edinburgh to The Queen during the coronation ceremony."- The Royal Mint
