These plates come from my own personal sausage cooker that I dropped and broke the hinge on. I plan to purchase another as a replacement, but figured I would sell the plates to help recoup some of the cost.
Plates are in good used condition with some of the wear expected for being used. The cooking surfaces look good. Overall in well cared for shape with a lot of life still in them.
Cleaning is easy and I have never once had any issues with them.
