Static white mushroom vent. The VENTAIR allows vetilation airflow, but does not admit light. Thousands of these units have been fitted to boat roofs for over 40 years. They are the proven design for boat roof ventilation.
Comprises a white plastic base with sponge seal, which mounts onto the roof over a 98/100mm diameter hole, and a white mushroom cover which fits over the base.
A fitting kit is supplied comprising 6 x A2 (304) grade stainless screws and a 'mosquito' mesh to keep insects out (not essential to fit this).
Free air is approx 3225mm2 (5in2), but this is reduced considerably when the very fine insect mesh is fitted.
