Since 1982 our company, British Thermals, has been specialising in Thermal Underwear. As well as our own factory in Leicester (England, UK), we also have manufacturing facilities abroad, but all products are proudly designed in the UK. Over the years, we expanded our range to also offer complementary products including thermal socks, scarves, hats, and gloves. During recent years, we have taken this a step further and used our extensive design and manufacturing knowledge to offer a wider range of products. We are grateful that these have been welcomed and appreciated by our large and loyal client base. Traditionally we have supplied only trade customers, but thanks to the internet, we sell directly to consumers. Along with our market-leading products, we have worked hard to develop a first class service and offer highly efficient express delivery. We know you will love our products!

Shipping

Once an order has been placed, we dispatch parcels on the very same day or next business day.
UK Order Delivery
Our standard shipping is free, however, you have the option to upgrade to first class shipping, at a flat charge of £3.99 per parcel. Parcels are dispatched using a variety of couriers depending on the dimensions and weight of the parcel. All of our chosen couriers are reliable, punctual and handle your parcel with care.
International Order Delivery
The delivery charge for parcels to countries outside the UK is £5.99 per order, so you can order as much as you like but pay one small flat charge. Parcels are dispatched using a variety of couriers depending on the dimensions and weight of the parcel. All of our chosen couriers are reliable, punctual and handle your parcel with care. Any orders placed with us are most likely to arrive within 5 days of dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges

Our exchange and returns process is very simple. Within 35 days of purchase, to return an item, simply follow the instructions provided inside your parcel.
