Overview:
I'm selling a high quality Bell & Howell 2.5 inch (63.5mm) f/1.65 projection lens perfect for modern adaption. The lens should be from the late 1950s, maybe early 60s. It has a beautiful coating and the it's made of pure brass, so it feels really solid and heavy compared to aluminium projection lenses. It's perfect for a portrait lens, and it will swirl a bit due to it being a "modern" 4 elements in two glued groups petzval design.
Condition:
This lens is unfortunately in a rough shape as you can see from the images. Some previous owner have tried to open the lens, and probably damaged it with a wrench in doing so, big scratch in the back element. Lot's of internal dust. Maybe some tiny scratches on the front element too. Lens barrel is dented.
