Pulley Petzl Reeve

The REEVE travel pulley combines two pulleys integrated into the anchor plate. This simplifies the complex assembly of the travel system on tensioned rope traverses. The compact design reduces the need for carabiners and reduces the height of the entire system. Two pulleys with large diameter discs mounted on encapsulated ball bearings provide excellent efficiency. Multiple connection holes to which carabiners, ropes and slings can be directly attached make the system easy to install. The three-stage opening system of the movable sidewalls is easy to operate even with gloves. Red indicators provide a quick visual check if the sidewalls are not completely closed and secured. The system can be duplicated by placing two REEVE pulleys side by side (if rope spacing allows), or by attaching another pulley to the top rope connection hole at a greater distance. The pulley can be used in a hoist. The design of the hole allows ropes and slings to be threaded through for direct connection without carabiners. The 19 mm diameter holes allow the passage of the lock latches of most carabiners. The odd number of connection holes allows the system to be centered and balanced. Up to three people can be connected simultaneously.
