Sizing:  Not sure what size glasses you need? Look at the inner arms of the glasses and you should see 3 numbers.  The number order is as follows:  LENS WIDTH-BRIDGE WIDTH-ARM LENGTH. Sometimes this info is on the nose bridge as well.  If the numbers are worn off you can measure these distances in millimeters.
