This is a fantastic find, this is a signed football by Darrell Green # 28 from the Washington Redskins in 2002, and it looks like it could have been signed to Jesse Armstead? The football itself says .TO JESSE MY TRUE HOME BOY SEE YA AT THE CRIB DARRELL GREEN # 28 REDSKINS 2002 , which is super cool . I got this from an old collector of all sorts of memorabilia toys ,merchandise , and much much more  ,and he said that someone walked into his store and it was a Redskins cheerleader who had sold him this football, which I think is super cool . Now I don't know if it's Jesse Armstead he's signing this football too, could be that's just my guess, but either way this is a fantastic find, and this is exactly the way I found this item . I did absolutely nothing to it but take pictures. This item was found on the east coast of the United States the Maryland, area right near where the Redskins play.
