Overall Acceptable Condition , Average Wear from normal use over the years, scuffs, scratches, club head bag chatter, shaft rub. Grip is in good condition but slightly slick. Scuff/Skyball and dull paint marks on the crown

Although grip my be noted as in good condition it is best practice to change old grips for desired personal look and feel
