Overall Acceptable Condition , Average Wear from normal use over the years, scuffs, scratches, club head bag chatter, shaft band is slightly worn but intact may have some tape residue on the exterior, Ferrule may be chipped dinged or worn , UST Mamiya Grip is useable for some but is slightly slick 

Clubs rust easily 

Although grip my be noted as in good condition it is best practice to change old grips for desired personal look and feel
