Belgian Artist Roger Hebbelinck (1912 - 1987) studied drawings at the Academie Des Arts in Brussels. He is represented in many fine collections & is well known for his "Aquatint" etchings.

Medium: Aquatint Etching (a printing technique designed to achieve tonal effects, resulting in a finish somewhat similar to watercolor).

The Artist Hand Colored the Etching & Signed Them in Pencil.
