You are never overcharged for shipping.
I do not set the shipping fees, the shipping service providers do.
Items are packaged and weighed before being listed.
Fees are calculated by the eBay Shipping Service, not me.
Fees are based solely on the size and weight of the package, and
the distance it has to travel.
You pay what "they" charge, no extra fees, no charge for the packing
supplies.
If I see you are overcharged by the eBay shipping calculator, I will refund the difference.
If the fee is more than you paid, I pay the difference.
