Yes, large bandannas fits adult (people) and medium fits a small child!!

Please use the following measurements for the tie-on bandanas: 

Medium:              approx. 21 inches from end point to end point that goes around dog's neck 

Large:                  approx. 29 inches from end point to end point that goes around dog's neck    

This is a tie on dog bandana. 

  If you prefer the slide-on square blunt end bandana, simply request it when you purchase.  If no request is received with order, the the tie on bandana will be sent.

All finished edges have machine stitching and shirt tail hemming.
