When an item is shipped through the regular mail, or by priority mail, the cost of insurance is included in the postage cost. The post office requires that any damaged item be taken to the post office for inspection, or any insurance claim will be denied. If you receive a damaged item, we will need your help getting it to the post office for inspection. A refund will be issued as quickly as possible after inspection.
