$5 1988-A FRN Misaligned Black Overprint Both the district seal and the district designators are positioned much lower than intended as the seal rests on top of the serial numbers and the Treasurer's signature. This mistake was spotted by the BEP inspector and marked with the red crayon so it would be pulled and destroyed. Again, this one escaped too! Label says it's a "non-BEP crayon mark on face" but they're wrong. This mark is absolutely a genuine BEP inspector mark. Own a mistake note in a mistake holder! PCGS EF 45,app.
