$1 1995 FRN Faulty Alignment The back is printed with superb margins, but the mistake on the face is glaring! Although the top and bottom margins look well-balanced, there is no left margin and an enormous right margin! As a result the overprint is seemingly "shifted" to the right as the serial numbers from the upper right and three of the four district designators were printed on top of the second print elements.
