This is a 48 inch in diameter Christmas tree skirt. It is burgundy with hunter green trim.

It is velveteen and it has button closures. It is in fair used condition mostly because it needs a lint brush. I would not machine wash I would dry clean.

I found it unbranded. I’m estimating it from the 1990s. Maybe late 80s.
