General Conditions of Use and Sale

The images, brands and models that appear on these pages remain the exclusive property of their respective manufacturers and are used for illustrative purposes only, to show our graphics and stickers marketed (Legislative Decree. 10.02.2005 art. 21).

The images reproduced on the stickers do not perform a distinctive function of the origin of the product by the brand owner.

Any non-compliant use is prohibited by law and falls under the full responsibility of the purchaser.

Products relating to brands, logos or graphics possibly covered by copyright and/or registration are created at the request of the buyer who, with the conclusion of the contract, expressly declares to be aware that they are illustrations with no connection - direct or indirect - to the owners of the brands represented.

It should also be noted that the article may propose non-original reproductions of famous graphics, coats of arms and brands, the use of which is permitted for exclusively decorative and ornamental purposes. Any different use is prohibited by law and falls under the full responsibility of the buyer. Products relating to brands and logos or graphics possibly covered by copyright (L. 633/1941) are made at the request of the buyer who, by accepting the contract, expressly declares that he has the authorization for the use and reproduction of the requested sticker and can be purchased exclusively in single quantities.
