This is a new in the box  Amseco SL-401 BLUE Strobe light .  Comes with instructions.

This strobe will operate on 12 vdc or 6 vdc.

RED     for 6 Volts   310 mA     60 - 140 Flashes per minute

WHITE for 12 Volts 220 mA     60 - 100 Flashes per minute

Black is Negative / Common

Reverse polarity protection
