Vintage SINCLAIR ZX SPECTRUM 48k RUBBER KEY PORTUGAL Wont Boot for Repair in Box

This auction is for a Great Looking 48k Sinclair ZX Spectrum with Rubber Keyboard.  I think this might be quite an unusual model as it is an " Assembled in Portugal " sticker on the base - so is obviously a Portuguese Model which I cant remember ever seeing before - I think they were usually all made in the UK..  This machine has been in my collection for around 25 years - and looks in Lovely Condition for its age - but when I tried plugging it in it wouldn't boot up properly - it seems like it is trying to - it displays the Sinclair Research Screen - but it keeps crashing - I have tried to show this in the video..  So the computer is not working properly so is being sold for spare parts or possible repair only please.. 

The Spectrum comes with Power Supply and Cassette Lead and Two Manuals.  There is also the Box - the box has wear and is missing one of the end flaps and there is a crack in the polystyrene insert.   

The Computer is in Lovely Cosmetic Condition but does not boot=up - so is being sold for spare parts or possible repair only please....  The computer comes in Box with Two Manuals , Power Supply and Tape Lead - The Box has wear.  .Please see photographs for details.. 

An Interesting and quite rare Sinclair Computer in Lovely Condition but in need of fettling..
