This is the College Basketball Preview issue from Fall 1988 of Sports Illustrated with Syracuse incoming freshman Billy Owens on the cover. The mag has had the mailing label removed leaving white residue evidence of it.  It is complete, has a tight spine, cover wear at the right edge & displays well.
