Collecting Jersey Stamps is like collecting miniature art and they are a subject item to collect and cherish. Every issue commemorates an historical or special interest event or anniversary. Every stamp is a little piece of history with a story to tell.

Payment by PAYPAL only.

Sale or Auction and Postage to eBay registered users address only.

Please make sure that you are able to pay by PayPal before bidding on any item listed and make prompt payment if you are the Winning Bidder.

Payment is required within 5 days of the auction end, otherwise items will be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed and a report made to eBay for non-payment.

Sales

You will receive the items shown in the photo image. I describe all items honestly and provide as much detail as I can to assist buyers.

Dating, condition and grading of all items is my personal opinion, unless otherwise stated in the description.

I am not an expert so descriptions should only be used as a guide. Buyers should consider the photo images carefully and form their own opinion. Please ask as many questions as you feel necessary to satisfy yourself before bidding and determine that the item is exactly what you require.

Feedback

I always leave positive customer feedback for satisfactory transactions. I follow the suggested eBay policy and only leave feedback once the buyer has indicated they are happy with the purchase by providing positive feedback themselves.

If you are unhappy with any of your purchases please contact me before leaving negative feedback and I will try to resolve the problem where possible.  

Postage

My sale items vary in size, weight and value, therefore each item listed will be quoted with an individual postage cost for the delivery destination using Jersey Postage current charges.

To avoid non-receipt of items posted, Signed Delivery is available for postage of your item/s. Signed Delivery postage cost is available at check out if chosen as your preferred delivery option. 

If BUYER chooses not to use the Signed Delivery option, the risk of non delivery of item/s is solely at BUYERS risk. SELLER will not refund or replace any items not delivered to the BUYERS chosen address.

Package Receipt

Any items that are sent by recorded delivery please check the package when you sign for it, for if it has been opened, broken or tampered with refuse to sign and notify the Royal Mail immediately.

No responsibility will be held for anything allegedly missing after you have signed for the package, this will be your responsibility. 

Combined Postage

Multiple purchases are combined for shipment where weight and size can accommodate; please await a combined postage invoice before payment. All postage options quoted cover postage & packing and are non-negotiable. Please only bid if you made yourself aware of the postage and packing costs involved.

Packaging

Items are packed with care to ensure that you receive them in the best condition. Item loss and breakages are rare, but do occur.

In the unlikely event that the item is not delivered after the indicated period or broken while in the care of the Royal Mail please make contact via eBay. 

In order to pursue a claim for the loss or damage there is a delay of 15 working days before the Royal Mail will commence the process; this delay is beyond my control.

Please be patient and await the outcome, do not leave negative feedback whilst a claim from the Royal Mail is in progress. I will make a refund available when a successful claim has been paid by the Royal Mail.
