DESCRIPTION

We ship daily from our Perth warehouse and partner warehouses in capital cities around Australia, via various carriers. Your order will be dispatched same or next business day after receiving payment. Delivery times vary greatly, but as a general guide:

via Standard/Road Freight
- Capital Cities is usually 2-3 business days
- Major regional centres/towns is usually 4-5 business days
- Remote areas is usually 5-10 business days

via Express/Air Freight
- Capital Cities is usually 1-3 business days
- Major regional centres/towns is usually 2-3 business days
- Remote areas is usually 5-8 business days

- Payments are handled and processed by Ebay's payment system, who offer a variety of payment options
- All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST
- A Tax Invoice is generated for every order, you can request a pdf copy (we no longer send paper invoices)

FAULTY OR DOA:
- We offer RTB warranty on all items for the length of cover provided by the manufacturer (usually at least 1 year).
- Alternatively, you can go directly to the manufacturer if you choose to.
- Also, as an Australian business we fully comply with ACCC laws regarding your 'statutory rights'

ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED:
- Please contact us ASAP with a short explanation and photo.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL:
- All parcels we ship are fully insured, please contact us ASAP with a photo so we can rectify.

BUYERS REMORSE:
- In the event you change your mind or the item isn't suitable, we will assess each return request on a case-by-case basis
- The item must be unopened, unused, no broken seals (re-sellable as new)
- A restocking fee may apply
