Shipping costs (if they apply) can be combined depending on the items (for cards additional shipping costs per card will be refunded after purchase (ex. you buy 3 of 1 card, and it charges you $4.50 for shipping. You will be refunded $3 as the shipping will only be paid for once for a $1.50 shipping item
