The tiger patch is from the 906th fighter group.

The other patch is from Langley airforce base.

Rank is a Senior Master Sargent

This item is in good used condition and has plenty of life left. There may be minor signs of wear, but there are no rips, holes, or other major flaws. There is a small stain on the sleeve underneath the arm (shown in pics).
