WHAT IS INCLUDED

• Repair service for one (1) Oticon hearing aid

• Reprogramming, if needed

• Deep cleaning and performance check

• Six-month repair warranty

• Follow-up reprogramming within 60 days at no additional charge

• Instructions on hearing-aid use, upon request

TURNAROUND TIME

Typical turnaround time is up to 15 business days after we receive your hearing aid. Parts availability or unusual repair requirements may affect completion time. We will contact you if additional time is needed.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

1. Purchase this listing for one hearing aid.

2. We will send shipping instructions through eBay Messages.

3. Ship the hearing aid to us. Include a copy of your audiogram if programming is requested or needed, and send us the tracking number.

4. We will inspect the hearing aid and contact you with our findings.

5. After the repair is completed, we will carefully package the hearing aid and return it with tracking. Return shipping is included.

IMPORTANT REPAIR INFORMATION

Some hearing aids may be unrepairable because of unavailable parts, extensive damage, or other circumstances. If we determine that your hearing aid cannot be repaired, we will notify you, return it unrepaired, and refund the repair-service order.

The $265 price covers the standard repair service for one hearing aid. Certain parts or non-standard repairs may require an additional charge, including:

• Rechargeable battery: $120

• RIC receiver: $55–$75

• Earmold or shell: $70–$100

• Proprietary components, including circuit boards: quoted after inspection

We will obtain your approval through eBay Messages before completing any work that requires an additional charge. If you decline the additional work, your original repair-service payment will be refunded and the hearing aid will be returned.

Return shipping within the United States is included via USPS with tracking. Faster return shipping may be available for an additional charge. Please ask before purchasing if expedited return shipping is important.
