Older instruments often require a different repair process and may cost more because of their age and parts availability. TURNAROUND TIME

Typical turnaround time is up to 15 business days after we receive your hearing aid. Parts availability or unusual repair requirements may affect completion time. We will contact you if additional time is needed.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

1. Contact us through eBay Messages before purchasing. Tell us the Oticon model, approximate age, and describe the problem.
2. After we confirm this is the correct repair option, purchase this listing for one hearing aid.
3. We will send shipping instructions through eBay Messages.
4. Ship the hearing aid to us. Include a copy of your audiogram if programming is requested or needed, and send us the tracking number.
5. We will inspect the hearing aid and contact you with our findings.
6. After the repair is completed, we will carefully package the hearing aid and return it with tracking. Return shipping is included.

IMPORTANT REPAIR INFORMATION

The $265 purchase price covers a standard repair for one Oticon hearing aid under five (5) years old. Hearing aids that are five (5) years old or older require the separate older-aid repair option and may have a higher repair cost.

If inspection reveals extensive damage, major component failure, unavailable standard parts, or another non-standard repair, an additional charge may apply. We will explain the issue and obtain your approval through eBay Messages before performing any work that costs extra.

Hearing aids that have been disassembled, taken apart, or arrive in pieces are not repairable and are not eligible for this repair service.

Some hearing aids may also be unrepairable because of unavailable parts, extensive damage, or other circumstances. If we determine that your hearing aid cannot be repaired, we will notify you and return it unrepaired. If you decline an additional repair charge, the hearing aid will also be returned unrepaired. In either case, the original repair-service payment will be refunded.
