Now offering repair services for all Rexton models, Please contact us prior to making your purchase and let us know what is going on with your hearing aid. Listing is for repair of 1 unit.
Please Note:
There are times that hearing aids can be unrepairable due to parts not being available or other situations. If that is determined we will let you know and return ship the aid(s) back to you unrepaired. A refund will be provided on your order as well.
Additional fees may apply for non-standard repair issues such costs for rechargeable batteries ($120), costs for RIC-style receivers ($55-75), earmold/shell ($70-100), or proprietary parts (circuit boards, etc.). If any of these apply, you will be notified and given the decision to complete the additional necessary services or receive a refund of your initial repair.
How it works:
1.) Once your purchase your service, we will send you the shipping instructions quickly though the ebay messenger
2.) Ship your hearing aids along with a copy of your audiogram ( If Needed) Make sure to let us know your tracking number. The retuning shipping is covered by us. If you'd like to add insurance on the return shipping please let us know. Insurance cost will be added to total cost.
3.) We will notify you when we receive your hearing aids and inspect the functionality of the hearing aids. We will be in contact with you in regards to the repair work that is needed.
4.) Once repair work is approved by you we will then repair, reprogram (if needed) and then carefully pack your hearing aids and ship back to with tracking information.

Shipping:
Hearing aids are shipped back visa USPS mail. Faster shipping is available, please inquire for cost.
In the event we require different programming hardware/ cables that we may not have, we will contact you and let you long how long the wait could be. On average hearing aids will be back in mailed no more then 3-4 business days from receiving them. Unless repair is needed or requested
