Respond to light, but irregular, is to sensitive and only at the red point setting. Battery check works. Battery compartment clean.

Meter is overall in good condition shows some signs of prior use. Pointer moves freely.
It shows some scuffing, some scratches, no dings, no dents, no cracks. All dials and settings move smooth.
