Very soft cotton fabric which has stretch to it

These measurements are with garment laying flat,but it has a lot of spandex stretch to it to fit a bit more comfortable

The size 16 measures

Waist. 17” across the front

Hips 19-1/2 across front

Length 25”

Front has a 4” slit at bottom the fabric has stretch to it so it could probably go another inch in width
